Discharge Counter
The Discharge Counter is a
device used to count and record the number of discharges
that an arrester has seen. This is connected in series
between the surge arrester and the ground connection. A
capacitor Inductor circuit is used to count the number of
discharges. A non-resetable electromechanical counter is
used to count and register the number of discharges. |
